Equality and Diversity

Diversity Image

As society changes, evolves, and diversifies, many organisations are recognising the benefits of a workforce which reflects this diversity, both in values and composition.

The capacity to maintain a diverse workforce is a valuable tool, helping organisations to mirror customer profiles and understand diverse customer needs. A diverse workforce also has a key role in providing multi-faceted innovation and creativity within an organisation, helping it to retain a competitive edge. Plus, the more inclusive an organisation’s workforce is, the more attractive it becomes as an employer.

Given its often sensitive nature, issues around equality and diversity can be explored and monitored using confidential employee research, with employees often welcoming the opportunity to discuss the subject with an independent party. We have extensive experience of conducting sensitive studies amongst employees in this area, covering topics from harassment and bullying to the implications of age legislation, and the perception of the organisation amongst particular target audiences for recruitment.
