London, 10 November 2008 – GfK NOP (UK), a leading provider of global market information and insight, today announced the appointment of Allan Dib as Head of their Marketing Effectiveness Centre of Excellence.
In this role Dib will be leading GfK NOP in developing new and innovative research approaches for testing, benchmarking and improving marketing effectiveness, covering both traditional and cutting edge communication channels.
Dib brings with him over 15 years’ market research and online marketing experience, having held management roles with Nielsen Online, Ipsos ASI, NFO, ninemsn, Fairfax and looksmart.com.au. He has already spent five years working with GfK in Asia/Pacific and in North America, where he was Vice President Brand and Communications and was a founding member of the Marketing Effectiveness Centre of Excellence.
