Adrian Wimbush: Chairman
Adrian has worked in the automotive industry for over 35 years, including 10 years as a client researcher and the last 26 in automotive research management positions within GfK NOP. A very experienced international researcher, Adrian brings insight from a global perspective and takes a proactive role in ensuring that the most creative thinking and best practice is incorporated into the solutions we deliver to our clients. Adrian sponsors the cross-sector GfK NOP Customer Management Centre of Excellence.

Francisco Lopez Ramirez:
Managing Director
As Managing Director, reporting to the Chairman of GfK Automotive, Francisco is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, with special emphasis on business development. Additional responsibilities include the design and implementation of processes that will support plans for future business growth. Francisco brings more than 12 years’ market research experience within both custom and continuous research, gained across a wide range of projects and clients. More specific to the automotive industry, during the most recent part of his career, Francisco held senior management positions within a global automotive market intelligence supplier, with special emphasis on business and product development.

Graham Dixon: Director,
NCBS, Car Park Study, MotorBus
Graham Dixon has worked for GfK NOP since 1992 and has been responsible for a wide range of new car buyer, vehicle quality and image tracking studies. Graham has particular expertise in organising and running multi-client and multi-market studies. Before joining GfK NOP, Graham worked for Ford Motor Company for 21 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions; the last eight years at Ford was spent in market research.

Colette Long: Director, GfK Automotive
Colette is a Director within the Custom Research Group, responsible for Brand and Advertising Tracking programmes. Prior to this she was responsible for the AFI Purchase Funnel studies and had hands-on responsibility for the program across Europe. Prior to taking responsibility for the AFI suite of products in Europe, Colette was Managing Director of GfK Automotive in Germany, having previously worked in our London office managing advanced product and other research projects. Colette has spent two years within a motor manufacturer in their advanced product market research department and has been with GfK Automotive for over 13 years. Colette is a member of the GfK NOP Market Effectiveness Centre of Excellence.

Geoff Titley: Director,
Customer Management
The GfK Automotive Customer Management Research practise is headed by Geoff Titley. Geoff has over 12 years experience in customer satisfaction and loyalty research from fieldwork through web reporting to performance improvement and added insight. All of this experience has been gained through worldwide international projects. Geoff is a member of the GfK NOP Customer Management Centre of Excellence.

Chris Buck: Director
Custom Research
Chris has over 35 years’ market research experience, including seven years as a client-side researcher in the oil industry and the last 18 years in automotive research with GfK NOP. At GfK NOP, Chris has specialised in custom research and in customer and product satisfaction. In his current role he is responsible for a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers whose aim is to bring creative solutions to our clients’ research needs.
