In the UK, the Financial Research Survey is the largest and longest running survey of its kind, interviewing a representative sample of 60,000 UK consumers a year.   We also have dedicated financial services teams running similar monitors across Europe and the Americas.

We track global consumer trends through Roper Reports Worldwide.   This covers 25 representative countries across 5 continents per wave. Each wave 30,000 respondents are questioned about their financial habits and other lifestyle issues.

The quarterly Ernst & Young Retail Financial Services Monitor Series provides strategic insight into GB consumers' financial services behaviour in response to macro economic changes. It combines data from the FRS with economic analysis to explore the strategic implications of trends in the broader economy for retail financial services institutions.
