Housing & Regeneration
GfK NOP Social Research has a wealth of experience in housing and regeneration research and is a leading provider of research to the Department for Communities & Local Government. We have been involved in the evaluation of key regeneration programmes (including Neighbourhood Management and New Deal for Communities) and researched schemes such as Home Information Packs, HMO licensing and tenancy deposit protection.
