Online behaviour tracking
Working with nurago, we have produced a web browser add-on application, which our online panel members download and install on their own computers. From this, we can then gather in a comprehensive record of their online activity. The power of this data lies in our ability to combine these online trails with our panellists’ offline purchase behaviour and media consumption.
Web mining & buzz monitoring
A broad spectrum of services that discover, extract, ‘clean’ and analyse online content. This is often, but not exclusively, from social media and social networking sites – such as posts, comments, reviews, status updates and uploads.
