Francisco brings over 13 years market research experience within both Custom and Continuous research, gained across a wide range of projects and clients.  More specifically to the automotive industry, during the last years, Francisco held senior management positions within a global Automotive market intelligence supplier, with special emphasis in business and product development.

Francisco holds a BA Honours degree in Economy, specialised in Business Administration and Marketing.

Grahamdixon100x100 Graham Dixon: Director, NCBS, Car Park Study, MotorBus

Graham is a divisional director and would lead the program, responsible for implementing all stages in the process. He has 21 years client-side experience at Ford in a  variety of sales and marketing functions. At GfK he has 17 years of implementing studies researching buyer attitudes in both UK and international markets.

Anakali Check 100 Anarkali Check: Director, Customer Management

Anarkali has worked in market research for 17 years starting her career at Research International.  She joined GfK NOP 11 years ago, and initially was responsible for running a number of large scale, global studies, including brand and image tracking and quality audit studies. 

She became the Director on a multi country Customer Satisfaction study for a global premium brand manufacturer in 2005, overseeing the expansion of this programme and is also currently the lead on a volume brand CSI survey as well as working on Customer Satisfaction business development.

Chris Buck100x100 Chris Buck: Director, Custom Research

Chris is a Director in Custom Research and has over 38 years’ market research experience, the past 19 with GfK NOP.  At GfK NOP, Chris has specialised in custom research and in customer and product satisfaction.

Prior to GfK NOP, Chris worked for seven years in international market research for BP Oil International and before that for a further seven years with APACS, the research arm of the Central London Clearing Banks.
