Philip Malivoire is responsible for the conduct of projects for legal purposes at GfK NOP. Over the last fifteen years he has conducted approximately one hundred such projects, including four multi-national projects, as well as reviewing surveys conducted by other agencies and consultants.

He regularly acts as an expert witness and has given such evidence in court on several occasions.
