Regulatory Work

GfK Financial has carried out a range of projects for government and regulatory bodies. As this research is placed in the public domain and often informs policy decisions it has to be of the highest quality in terms of sampling, data collection and analysis.

Projects we have conducted in this area include a comprehensive survey of the financial services industry on behalf of the Financial Services Practitioner Panel. This involved assessing industry satisfaction with regulation by the FSA.  

We have also carried out satisfaction tracking for the FSA. This has involved measuring firms’ satisfaction with a range of regulatory service events.
